I consulted on a project for E.ON energy to help them create, participate in and utilize open test beds for innovation.  

I created a strategic framework for how E.ON could engage with the municipality and regional authorities to create special zones that would foster open innovation processes. 

The company and I developed clear collaborative roles for actors in the private and public sectors to help bring new innovations from small and medium sized innovators to the testing process.

After rigerous analysis we concluded our report with several scenarios for how this framework could assit E.ON and the region as a whole to develop new service offerings and bring new innovations to market.
